* Termination Notice of Fortune Wings Miles with China Airlines (CI) cooperation: Effective from Sep 28, 2011, Hong Kong Airlines, Hong Kong Express Airways and Hainan Airlines will cease the bilateral cooperation of Frequent Flyer Program with China Airlines .
o Fortune Wings Miles members’ mileage accrual and award issuance for travel on China Airlines flights will be suspended.
o Retro-claim for China Airlines’ flight mileage departing on/before Sep 27, 2011 will be accepted if ticket receipts and boarding passes together with membership numbers are provided.
o Those award tickets issued on/before Sep 27, 2011 will be honored and journey need to be completed within the ticket validity.
Miles credit should be reflected in your account within 4 weeks after travel is completed. For non-airline partners, miles credit should be reflected in your account within 8 weeks.
All requests for missing miles credit need to be made within 6 months of the ticket travel date or sales date. Normally, it will take 4 to 6 weeks (airline partners) and 6 to 8 weeks (non-airline partners) for the system to double check the flight record and approve.
Flights that you took before your enrollment of our club will not be eligible for miles accrual.
