Hong Kong Airlines and Hong Kong Express Airways are not liable for the unchecked baggage of passengers. No liability is accepted for the loss of money, jewellery or other similar valuables from checked baggage.

This is subject to the provisions of the Warsaw Convention, and the terms of General Conditions of Carriage of Hong Kong Airlines Limited and Hong Kong Express Airways Limited. Please refer to the "Notice of Baggage Liability Limitations" as stated on the tickets.
